Ingrid Leonard is the Assistant Secretary of the Choice and Transparency Branch, which is responsible for a number of Aged Care’s quality reforms, including Star Ratings, the National Quality Indicator Program, and the Aged Care Quality Standards.  Ingrid has over 25 years’ experience in the public sector, with the last 7 years at the Department of Health and Aged Care.  Ingrid has also worked at the Department of Finance and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
